How to make a Boiled Ube Icing

                                                               BOILED ICING

A fluffy cake frosting made by gradually pouring a hot sugar syrup over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until the mixture is smooth and satiny. An Italian meringue is made in the same manner.

Ingredients:
1/2 c water
2 c refined sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of Tartar

Procedure:
Boil water, sugar and corn syrup until mixtures forms a thread. DO NOT STIR!
Beat egg white until soft peak forms but  not dry.
Slowly add sugar syrup to egg whites while beating vigorously until hard peak forms.
Add coloring or flavoring if desired.

eating sweet foods like chocolates because chocolates can relive stress and Heartaches, I love also cooking specially in my brothers house because because they love to eat the foods that i prepare , lastly  i love to design my own clothes and create my own  fashion line and to travel abroad especially in Milan in order to experience new culture and meet new people.
